Hanley Wood, LLC, the premier business-to-business media network serving the residential and commercial construction industries, has an opening for a Sales & Service Representative in our Tucson, AZ Call Center. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional who can provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and performance goals. This position is directly responsible for contributing to the monthly revenue objectives as well as assisting customers with information regarding post-sale inquiries.

 

Major Job Responsibilities and Related Duties: Meet/exceed monthly revenue objectives. Maintain a call to order conversion of 6; maintain a reproducible to plan conversion of 40%; maintain a material list conversion of 85%.  Provide exceptional customer service. Use proper phone etiquette; Educate customers on products and services; Follow departmental policies and procedures; Assists customers with post-sale information and status of orders; Order processing of dupes and corrected orders and effectively obtain client information for accurate order processing.

 

Additional Job Responsibilities: Follow-up customer calls, via architectural inquiries; Capturing Indy Mac Bank leads; Capturing ePlans surveys/non purchase emails; Assisting with online chat; Faxing; Fielding Right Now Technologies inquiries; Effectively and consistently commenting post sale accounts; Provide tracking when available.

 

Interested applicants must possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous telephone sales and customer service experience; Order entry and basic computer skills required; Presentation and communication skills; Proven sales and interpersonal skills; Communicate effectively via verbal and written correspondences; Comprehend, capture and interpret essential customer information; Attention to detail; Analytical thinker; Problem solving capabilities; Pleasant phone etiquette.  We offer an excellent compensation package and benefits.
