Job Description: Dynamic manufacturing company is aggressively seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist their established team. All Customer Service Representatives will take inbound calls and will execute outbound calls on a timely matter as needed. Calls will be to answer customer questions and assist them as needed by looking up their orders, and taking orders as well. All CSR's must have two or more years of experience to be considered. Must have a good phone voice and strong organizational skills. All CSR's need to be efficient in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing or technical background would be a big plus but not necessary.
