Second Shift Call Center Customer Service Specialist

Second Shift Call Center/Customer Service Specialists needed for Direct Hire positions in East Providence, Rhode Island.

Customer Call Center Specialists needed for direct-hire positions within a leading financial institution located in Riverside, RI.
Will be responsible for assisting customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via the phone and/or correspondence. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard computer screens, scripts, and procedures. May respond to faxes and emails. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Will research issues or transfer to a research function. Requires up to 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications:
One year of customer service experience.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Be an effective team player.
Demonstrate composure in stressful situations.
Enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
7 weeks paid training for full time employment.
10 weeks paid training for part time employment.
Training classes are held once per month.
Second shift available.
