The  Operations & Services Group (OSG) provides superior customer service to Fidelity's brokerage businesses through innovation, dedication and commitment to excellence. With seven operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over-the-counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily.  The candidate will:

 

The Security Master Senior Representative is responsible for supporting the Family Office DSTI interface for both pricing and security master related issues. The person who fills this role will be responsible for ensuring that all securities and prices established in the FBSI product master database are also created in the new Family Office DSTI database.

Additional Responsibilities include:

Setting up securities on FBSI

Research discrepancies which arise from conflicting data from vendors

Perform quality review of descriptive data and pricing data

Support projects focused on descriptive data enhancements

Support world class service by offering internal and external business partners excellent customer service.

Support  management in the day to day operations and ongoing initiatives in the department.

 

 

 

 



Bachelors degree preferred

Three to five years of brokerage experience

Working knowledge of fixed income products

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Access)

Individual should be very well organized and possess a high degree of attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Strong resolution skills

Ability to successfully prioritize in a multiple task environment
