Senior Account Manager

Job Opening: Senior Account Manager

 

Job Summary: Responsible for Managing specific manufacturer and Retailer accounts. Individual will be the primary point of contact for any account specific issues during the sales process and through maintenance once the systems and process have been aligned.

 

Job Responsibilities: Integration Project management Communication of ES3 information to the account Issue Management, escalation and resolution Conducting/leading regular calls or meetings Coordinating visits/tours to facilities Communication with all ES3 teams regarding manufacturer's needs. Assist Customer Service in resolving Manufacturer specific issues and identifying requirements. Review and follow up on Customer Service E-mails to Manufacturers. Obtaining Volume projections form Manufacturer's for Holiday, promotional and extreme weather conditions. Managing the Manufacturer to the terms of the contract to include rate increases and negotiations. Managing ES3 teams to the Manufacturers key performance Indicators. Ensure that the Manufacturer's requirements are documented for IT. Maintaining manufacturer organizational and contact information. Training the Manufacturer on new and existing tools and reports. Developing consistent and current volume projections to be used by all ES3 departments to manage work flow and associated cost. Identify and fix problems that contribute to service failures. Communication to the retailers Manage retailers to consolidation program agreements Encourage participation in the consolidation program
