The  Operations & Services Group (OSG) provides superior customer service to Fidelity's brokerage businesses through innovation, dedication and commitment to excellence. With seven operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over-the-counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily.  The candidate will:


 


 


 


The objective of a Senior Associate is to provide World Class Customer Service to our retail, advisor and correspondent clients for all non-proprietary mutual fund trade correction issues. Our services primarily include, but are not limited to, trade correction processing, phone support and trade exception processing. The candidate must be fully functional on all departmental functions and focus on minimizing risk. Senior Associates interact with other Fidelity business units, fund companies and transfer agents to ensure that all corrections are executed within industry/regulatory guidelines.  All trade corrections must be processed within published guidelines so that our clients are not subjected to any unnecessary risk or exposure.  Responsibilities include: 

Reconciliation of correction related networking breaks.
Maintenance of internal trading and suspense accounts.
Satisfaction of fund dilution letters.
Assist in the identification and development of system and processing enhancements.



Qualifications

College degree.

Previous mutual fund experience required.
Excellent phone/written communication skills with a strong emphasis on client service.

4yrs+ industry related experience in a brokerage firm, clearing firm or mutual fund company.  

Strong leadership abilities.

Excellent written and verbal skills required as well as the ability to work in a team oriented environment.

Disciplined, self-motivated and directed thinkers are a must with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Intermediate accounting skills.

PC/Windows skills required.
