Senior Contracts Negotiator

SENIOR CONTRACTS NEGOTIATOR
Individual contributor who works as part of the legal contracts team supporting all contract negotiation for worldwide software licensing sales organization. Negotiate, draft and close complex contracts with direct customers and partners.


QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years, contract negotiation in technology, banking, software or related industry requiring interacation with a dynamic and aggressive sales force. Immediate knowledge of intellectual property rights a plus.

Strong and effective negotiating skills, excellent drafting skills, customer oriented communicator, detail oriented, and able to exercise independent judgment.

Software Licensing preferred.

EDUCATION
BA/BS and (preferred) MBA
