In the role of Senior Custome Service Representative, the primary focus includes processing of telephone, fax and mail in orders with regards to our chemistry and spare part product lines, as well as other billable service transactions. The candidate will also process return authorizations, quotations, and assist field sales representatives with various sales related transactions. Daily interface with customers in a fast paced call center environment as well as with our various electronic and web based order placement processes.

Candidate will be required to provide customers, sales reps, and in-house personnel with a variety of administrative support activities, as well as possess the ability to troubleshoot customer issues, provide product recommendations, and pricing options, all while gaining an understanding of our chemistry and spare product offerings.

Senior level customer service skill, call center experience, and administration of management of large accounts are additional requirements for this role. Prior experience up to and/or including "lead" or management of a call center environment is desirable.

? Efficient and professional handling of all orders with a sense of ownership to ensure that the customer receives a comprehensive & satisfactory order placement experience.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to speak French or Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.



Other Qualifications Include;

? 5-7 years prior Customer Service experience and an Associates or BS degree in chemistry or business administration is required.

? Prior experience in "up-selling" products in a call center, or order placement environment

? Solid verbal communication and professional telephone manner skill set is paramount

? Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

? Prior experience with reviewing and interpreting purchase order terms and conditions

? Candidate must be completely PC literate, familiar with desktop applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Lotus Notes. Prior experience with SAP business applications is helpful but not necessary.
