Senior Policy Document Specialist

The purpose of the department is to process InForce life requests for service receipts timely and accurately.  The scope of this job is to provide quality customer service to our customers for each transaction according to our time standards.  This position is located in Vernon Hills, Illinois. 

Responsibilities:

1. Processing non-financial transactions in a timely manner.

2. Perform regular follow ups as necessary.  Coordinate inquiries received from other departments and keep appropriate people informed.

3. Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

1. Intermediate - Customer Service (including computer, organization, analytical and problem solving)

2. Intermediate - Oral and written communication skills.

3. Intermediate - Team work skills

Experience Required:

-Previous customer service and data collection skills preferred.

Computer Proficiency:

- Keyboard and mouse proficiency. - Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.

Education:

High School or Equivalent-Preferred
