Senior Shareholder Account Representative

The Senior Shareholder Account Representative is responsible for providing service to our shareholders and financial planners throughout the country. Primary responsibility is assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving. Additional responsibilities include processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests. May involve assisting other associates and/or leading initiatives. We offer traditional, Monday through Friday business hours. No sales involved.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience providing customer service
- Experience making assessments and demonstrating judgment as it relates to business problems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent PC/Internet skills
- Ability to apply considerable amounts of information
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to learn quickly
- Financial services or insurance experience preferred
