Senior Strategic Analyst

Conducts analysis that drives strategic business decisions and solves consumer issues. Serves as a strategic consultant and single point of contact for business partners across the organization for various reporting, analysis, and project-based needs that operations and other functional areas require from the team. Responsible for using various decision-support tools and analytical methodologies for the purposes of trending, cost/benefit analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and enhancement of existing business processes and reporting/analytical methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the various business units. Responsibile for incentive reporting and analytics to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a recognized expert and resource leader for complaint management across the enterprise. Conduct needs assessments and requirements gathering to understand and translate the needs of business leaders into meaningful report requests. Provide ongoing user education and strategic consulting on the use and interpretation of CMS data, analyses, reports, and methodologies. Complete various ad-hoc projects. Assist with business performance improvement strategies. Validate & prepare reporting based on existing calculations, procedures and data streams which support the processing environment. Develop strategic plan for rolling out operational processes to additional businesses and frontline associates. Conduct research and special studies to support business functions including cost projections, data analyses, feasibility studies, etc. Audit current data and develop procedures to ensure quality and integrity in future data collection and reporting. Facilitate monthly meetings and present updates to key business leaders. Create & prepare ad hoc data queries to support analysis and justification. Facilitates effective inter-departmental communication so that the impact of procedural changes and system enhancements is fully understood and buy-in/cooperation is ensured. Work strategically with the team to develop, report, and analyze the various incentive programs for operations. Performs other duties as assigned. // REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years relevant experience required. Data analysis expertise, experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, solid project management skills, a strong business acumen and unwavering customer orientation is required. Well-developed interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and influence leaders is required. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio, PRIMS, and statistical tools is required. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience in operations and/or call center data analysis preferred. Statistical training preferred.
