Service Agent (Full-time)

SERVICE AGENT FULL-TIME (CALL CENTER)

Telhio Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Service Agent to join its winning team. Telhio's Service Agents are responsible for servicing the needs of the members for and services available through Telhio. Acting as a one-stop information source, the Service Agents will be required to accurately and efficiently open and close all type of accounts, process non cash transactions and assist the member in resolving account-related problems. A complete understanding of all Telhio accounts and services as well as strong member service skills are essential. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all member account information and activities is mandatory.

The available position is located in our Sales and Service Department at our Downtown Columbus, Ohio location! Candidate must have good customer service skills, have previous call center experience and be able to cross sell products & services. Previous experience in a financial institution preferred. Candidates must be dependable, have good credit, be bondable, pass background and drug screening


Qualifications:
-Previous sales and banking experience desirable
-Effective communication skills (oral and written)
-Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
-Possess team ?attitude? and professionalism
-The ability to operate the office machines needed to perform the job,
such as computer terminal and calculator/adding machine
-High School graduate or G.E.D.
-Must have good credit and be bondable
-Must be able to work every other Saturday from 9:00 AM -1:00 PM



Hours for Position:

Monday & Friday 9:00 AM -6:00 PM

Tues, Wed, Thurs 11:00 AM-8:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays.
