Job requirements/qualifiers as follows:

 

Three years minimum experience in a service oriented environment; responsible for coordination / dispatching of all service related requests and management of service engineers / technicians - industry experience preferred.

 

Good organizational skills a must along with follow up skills and excellent customer service / relations experience required. Computer literate a must.

 

Multi-tasked, fast paced environment, and time management skills are necessary in this high level stressful position.  Must be able to have the ability to work well under pressure.

 

Interface daily with customers, both foreign and domestic, internal and external, agents, owners and service engineers.  This position is in an office environment, but will share the responsiblities of a service environment of being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (rotation schedule).

 

Must be authorized to work in the US.

 

Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player that is able to work professionally with good communication skills.
