The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available within our North American Customer Service team.  The Service Coordinator position is responsible for receiving, coordinating, monitoring, and dispatching customer requests to Service Engineers and Technical Support Engineers.  This particular position will be responsible for supporting customers in Canada, hence the language requirement.  Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting all documentation and tasks associated with the paging and escalation system and maintaining the Service database by manually entering information obtained from service reports, maintenance agreements, and other customer service information documents.

 

Requirements

Successful applicants will be fluent in French and English and must have at least one year of call center/customer service experience and the ability to efficiently and effectively process customer telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.  Candidates must also have the ability to assess and define, in general terms, most customers? issues and be able to perform interactive computer system data entry while working with customers and field engineers on the telephone.
