The Client service manager is a key role in Unisys. You must possess good communication and leadership skills. This person will manage and support a unit of CIRs (Client Infrastructure Representatives) that provide daily support on site at HHS. Provide client support in our goal to meet a 95% contracted SLA. Ensure moves and other events are coordinated and scheduled. Participate in the change control process. Interface and provide client feedback to issues as required. Act as a liaison with commercial field ops and federal on client issues.
