POSITION SUMMANRY

The Service Quality Representative's (SQR) primary responsibility is to conduct welcome calls to guests who have recently moved in. Document all customer feedback into a service record system.The SQR addresses and/or forwards customer issues and concerns through the appropriate channels. The SQR is expected to provide quality customer service in order to improve customer satisfaction. Position could be either Full-time or Part-time. Department hours of operation at 12pm-9pm Mon-Fri & 7am-1pm Sat/Sun. Actual shift TBD.

? Conduct Move-In courtesy calls to clients after move in
? Provide quality customer service in order to ensure customer satisfaction
? Document, classify, and explain customer concerns
? Address and forward customer issues and concerns through appropriate channels
? Prioritize and escalate high priority issues in need of prompt resolution
? Assist EBC with administrative projects
? Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
? Promote and exemplify Oakwood standards of customer service excellence and Gold Standard
? Contribute to building a positive team spirit
REQUIRED SKILLS

? Min H.S. diploma or GED
? Min 1 yr Customer Service exper.
? Abil to handle issues in the best interest of both customer & company
? Abil to respect & follow procedures accurately
? Demonstrate consistency, accuracy & attention to detail
? Excellent interpersonal communication & phone skills
? Prof, friendly phone demeanor
? Abil to use a desktop PC w/proficiency
? Proficiency w/Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
? Good organizational skills
? Abil to prioritize & accomplish multiple tasks
