This position is located at our Tempe Service Center located in Tempe off of Kyrene and Elliot.

?

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

Receive loan files, trailing documents, and collateral files from regional offices and service centers.? Ensure delivery or processing of files or documents to appropriate departments or custodians.? Audit documents and files received and accurately process to servicing system or imaging system as appropriate.? Retrieve loan documents as requested from various offices and divisions.? Resolve research issues on loan files and documents.? Assist with loan sale completion.

POSITION DUTIES

???????? Responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy for release of paid loan files, while meeting daily production goals

???????? Responsible for processing incoming fax requests and telephone calls from customers and third party agencies requesting paid off documents. Telephone shifts are assigned in 4-hour increments.?

???????? Gather additional information as required to complete release of paid loan by searching the web products of county and state agencies.

???????? Other duties as directed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

???????? High School degree or equivalent required.? Vocational diploma/degree or equivalent job/training preferred.

???????? 1 to 2 years clerical office experience

???????? Prior experience in financial servicing environment/mortgage experience preferred

???????? Experience with Titling of Motor Vehicles helpful.

???????? Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills

???????? Strong PC/keyboard knowledge and experience (Lotus Notes, Word,Excel & Access skills)

???????? Strong Telephone customer service skills to assist customers with questions concerning their accounts

???????? Detail oriented, organized and accurate

???????? Self starter and able to work under pressure

???????? Ability to work flexible schedule with potential for overtime

???????? Ability to lift thirty pounds strongly preferred

???????? Excellent communication and analytical skills to service questions by customers and internal processing units
