Service Solution Manager - M2

 

Responsibilities: 

 Performs manager on duty functions in the absence of an assistant manager or store manager.  Provides Fanatical Customer Service.  Observes, coaches and provides feedback to employees.  Achieves departmental and store established goals for plan sales and profits.  Manages and directs front-end operations and supervises front-end staff.  Completes cahier error log, scanner problem log, meter reads, register voids, tax exemption, customer orders for CPC, etc.  Writes and manages work schedules.  Trains employees on register procedures and CPC operations.  Provides input and feedback to management team on performance appraisals.  Effectively use five step selling process to assist customers.

 

Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or equivalent experience.  Minimum of one-year retail supervisory experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business. Demonstrated skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process.  Solid understanding of retail merchandising and selling skills.  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  Effective leadership and management skills.  Knowledge of computer, technology and office products
