About the Opportunity

Due to unprecedented growth, there is an opening in the Mobile West business segment for a Service Supervisor. Be in the business of working with customers to satisfy their needs for service, parts, inspection, troubleshooting and repair. Provide the support to trained mobile service technicians who follow through on Altec's commitment to be there for the life of the equipment. The goal is to operate these territories at peak efficiency, providing solutions to customers.

Successful associates have a commitment to process improvement and demonstrate the passion for sales and service.

Requirements for Service Supervisor

* A Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Experience as a supervisor.
* A passion for and experience in customer service.
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Only local candidates (50-mile radius) will be considered.

Problem-solving, a sense of urgency, creativity and organization are critical to success. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment in a quality or process capacity could provide a good background.
