About the Opportunity Provide technical service training to dealer service technicians, field personnel and other company After Sales personnel. Establish accurate written troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for the product and implement into the training programs in compliance with objectives established by the training department Job Duties: 1). Produce and deliver Technical Training courses for dealer service technicians, field personnel and internal company personnel 2). Maintain training metrics for courses assigned including pre-post test scores and student satisfaction. 3). Work in team environment to design & develop training curriculum on assigned products. 4). Design & develop training support materials on assigned products including training aids. 5). Assist other Commercial support areas as required. 6). Maintain equipment inventory for assigned products to support Service Training needs. 7). Provide Service Training input on assigned products to the Platform process to enhance new product development. 8). Must be able to work at off site locations to present localized training. Travel varies from 20-30 % 9). Communicate with After Sales Training Group, Product Management and field personnel to identify training needs. 10). Coordinate travel, support material and equipment logistics for on site and off site training courses.

Qualifications


BS Degree in Ag mech., engineering or related field.


Minimum 3-5 years experience in service support activities.


Position requires travel.
