Service Writer

We are looking for an energetic individual to join the service team at Skipper Bud's in Bay City, MI.  The successful candidate will possess terrific organizational skills and an ability to work independently and pro-actively with customers.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.



 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Provide the highest standard of customer service.

*Write detailed work orders per customer request.

*Assign work orders to Marine Technicians.

*Follow work process from start to finish.

*Handle all customer relations regarding work order.

*File and track warranty claim submissions



Minimum Requirements:

*Must work some weekends.

*College degree preferred (A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A NEW GRAD TO GAIN HANDS ON BUSINESS EXPERIENCE!)
