Site Director

Impact Resource Group is the nationwide leader of assembly and merchandising services for nationwide big box retailers. 

 

Currently we are seeking to hire a Site Director for our Dayton, OH location which is also home to our 65 person Call Center. 

 

General Description:  The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and profitability of Impact?s Dayton facility.   He/She will work under the direction and supervision of the General Manager and will function as a liaison between offsite management and the Dayton center. 

 

Direct Reports:  Sales Agents, Dispatchers/Service Coordinators, Call Support, Operations Team, Quality Assurance.  

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

 

?  Assuring all performance standards, policies and procedures are followed. 

?  Establishing and monitoring systems that assure high level of quality

?  Evaluating the performance of assigned staff based upon individual development plans, job descriptions, and other mechanisms designed to evaluate personnel

?  Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports on call center and other depts as required

?  Develop and manage staffing and productivity models to determine needs, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs

?  Create and oversee the incentive programs for employees to increase performance

?  Oversee large projects during peak periods to assure high service and quality levels are maintained. 

?  Partner with Field Managers to ensure achievement of company objectives

?  Partner with HR on team training initiatives

?  Facilitate site staff meetings

 

Minimum Qualifications:

?  Bachelor?s Degree

?  Must have general knowledge of managing and supervising staff ? multiple depts.

?  Must have 7-10 years previous Call Center Management experience

?  Solid knowledge of Call Center applications and dispatch scheduling systems

?  Ability to gain knowledge of industry and account terminology

?  Demonstrate proven analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, in order to handle critical situations

?  Strong team leadership skills and is able to motivate employees

?  Focus on organizational details while maintaining a bigger picture vision

?  Excellent time management and organizational skills

?  Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

?  Proficiency with MS Office

?  Maintain absolute confidentiality

 

Work Conditions:

?  Schedule may include some nights, weekends, and holidays

?  Must carry a cell phone during unscheduled hours in order to maintain contact with the office

?  Some minimal travel required
