Spanish/English Bilingual CSR

Put your strong customer service skills to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented customer service call center. We are searching for several dynamic candidates for our clients located in the Burlington/Mebane and Triangle Areas. If you possess strong customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude we have a career opportunity for you as a Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative! This position includes consistent telephone interaction with customers answering in bound calls providing callers with information or assistance on a variety of concerns, and interacting with other departments to resolve issues. Our client is employee focused and driven.



 

To qualify, you must have strong phone skills, be fluent in Spanish and articulate in English, have a HS diploma or GED, and possess a customer-focused mentality. Education will be verified, and all candidates need to pass a criminal background search. Any post-high school education or training is a plus.  Two years prior Customer Service Call Center Experience, a clear speaking voice and strong telephone etiquette along with problem solving abilities all required.

 

Candidates must be flexible to working an 8-hour work schedule

between the hours of 8 AM - 9 PM; Monday - Friday!
