Serves as single point of contact to customer with complete ownership and accountability for matrix management of the customer lifecycle, from customer acquisition through billing activation across the product portfolio. Provides facilitative leadership to a diverse team responsible for the design, engineering and implementation of highly complex integrated product/network solutions. Works directly with customer, outside vendors, sales, network and operations to create solutions for the customer's changing demands.

Wireless Implementation Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Specialists II's who are responsible for assigned base of customers. Directs the work of developing professionals, or specialty, skilled or entry-level non-exempt staff. Serves as point of contact to wireless customers with complete ownership and accountability for customer service, matrix management of the customer lifecycle, from customer acquisition through billing activation across the product portfolio.  Works directly with customer, outside vendors, sales, network and operations to create solutions for the customer's changing demands.

Responsible for multiple functions of these accounts to include, but not limited to:

Proactively looking for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction by building relationships with customers
Take ownership of any customer issue to completion
Resolving any billing, pricing or technical support questions
Resolving billing disputes to prevent collection activity
Reducing customer churn

Troubleshooting/ ordering new or replacement handsets and accessories
Interface with different departments within Sprint/Nextel organization to effectively resolve all customer issues

Facilitate contract renewals and rate plan changes
