Sr Customer Service Analyst

Subject matter expert in helping to improve customer satisfaction and best practices. Leads root cause analysis including problem definition, investigation, and developing correction and prevention processes. May research business processes and serve as the liason between the functional users and the technical support staff. Communicates findings and recommendations to management and other functions. Develops customer scorecards and analyzes results. 5 to 7 years customer service experience.Ensure "best in class" business processes are pursued, implemented and used consistently
Lead process team in root cause analysis to correct problems at the source.
Understand integration points within customer finance business processes and the relationship to the source data.
Advise management on the impact to customer finance processes for changes in organization entities, such as mergers, acquisitions or dispositions of businesses.
Articulate customer finance design details and system approach to other entities
Work with project management to understand effects of process changes introduced by factions outside of the customer finance direction.
Keep abreast of processes used by industry leaders.
Manage relationships with organization and implementation leadership to coordinate system
Ensure production support activities are being performed and the solutions are driven by root cause analysis.
Lead the activities for rolling out production system and process changes
Keep abreast of functionality, enhancements and how the software can be fully utilized to support business processes.
Lead the alignment of business processes that are supported by multiple systems
Participate in the analysis of business processes on a continual basis
Assess, organize and participate in transition of business processes.
Pursue best in class solutions for improvement in all financial business processes.Ensure "best in class" business processes are pursued, implemented and used consistently
