A fortune 500 Financial Institution located in Newport Beach is seeking to identify highly professional Sr. Customer Service Representatives to help invest in the company?s future. They strive to make it a professional, yet fun place for our employees. We offer a competitive benefit package as well as yearly bonuses. You will go through a 6-8 week paid training course where you will learn all of our products and the financial terms to better help our customers. Your main responsibilities will be to answer inbound calls from clients and brokers regarding all aspects of their fixed annuity products. Process exchanges between sub accounts and changes to future allocations. Provide information regarding product features, fund performance, and 1035 exchanges.
