This position will be located at our Englewood, Colorado office and will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for all aspects of tracking, forecasting and planning of customer call volume and handle time throughout the enterprise wide group of call centers. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:?determining the impact of company initiatives and events, developing forecasting models and identifying short and long term daily and half hour staffing requirements. Will work closely with all partner/vendor scheduling departments.



Requires a minimum of seven?(7)?years call center experience?which will include a thorough understanding of call center reporting tools and metrics, a strong working knowledge of automated call tracking tools such as IEX and TCS, and familiarity with forecast modeling, consumer call arrival patterns, event forecasting, and consumer behavior trending. Must possess?highly developed analytical skills with the proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and under tight time constraints, while keeping strong attention to detail. ?Experience in a multi-call center environment, working with third-party vendors/call centers and a degree in business or related field is preferred.
