 Senior Manager, Channel Post Sales

 

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Channel Post Sales in Foster City who would be responsible for managing post-sales expectations and services for channel partners and end customers using EFI products.  This position reports to the Director, Channel Support

 

Responsibilities:Understanding and managing channel partner and customer post-sale expectationsUnderstanding and managing post-sale costs, including technical support, QA, and engineeringProviding clear and relevant metrics to EFI leadership on costs, quality and efficiency of EFI post-sale activities25% of traveling required

 

 

Requirement:B.A. degreeMinimum of 8+ years experience within the Printing industry2+ years experience working for or with an EFI channel partner3+ years experience with account management in either a sales or services roleStrong understanding of Fiery productsExperience working with Japanese companies a strong plusDemonstrated ability to deliver technical solutionsSuperior communication, listening and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding of costs drivers and revenueAbility to work in diverse culturesAbility to adapt in a fast changing environment and work well under pressurePlanning, organizational and time management
