Supervisor, Customer Service

PharmaCare Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of CVS Pharmacy and a leader in the Prescription Benefit Management and Mail Service Pharmacy industries, currently has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Supervisor.

We are in search of an outgoing individual with strong leadership skills to join our management team. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of a team of customer service representatives in an inbound call center to ensure that customers receive courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This includes, but not limited to, planning, organizing and supervising a team of customer service representatives, and serving as a leader and role model as well as technical, informational resource for staff and peers. You will also be responsible for the development of a successful, cohesive work unit, including staff development, staff evaluations, training, promotions, counseling, motivation and discipline of assigned associates. Other duties include providing prompt, accurate, and excellent service to internal and external customers, meeting or exceeding departmental performance goals, working to continually improve processes by identifying needs and making recommendations for enhancement, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree, 3 years management or supervisory experience preferably in a customer service oriented environment, a minimum of 5 years customer service experience, strong decision making ability as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to coach and develop employees.
