MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Ensures competence and continuity of qualified customer service representatives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
Monitor employee performance and service to customers.
Ensures high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
Provides guidance and/or help to customer service representatives in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems.
Review, verify and request refund and/or adjustment requests.
Ensures achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service goals and standards.
Communicates sales and marketing programs to staff.
Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence, etc.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
--Bachelor's degree in related field and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
--Our Supervisor candidate should be familiar with both Microsoft and Apple/Mac Operating Systems.
--At least one year of supervisory experience
--Excellent knowledge with the Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
--Comfortable with basic network technology specific to TCP/IP
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and instructions, and procedure manuals.
--Ability to write routine and correspondence.
--Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization.
--Ability to calculate figures and amounts as discounts, interest, commissions.
--Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
