Supv-Customer Service Ops

Description:
This position is responsible for the management of Reporting and Analysis for all Wireless Data Technical Support Centers, Operations and Outsourcers and will be located in the Irvine, CA campus. This position will Partner with all levels of the organization, locally and nationally to achieve planned objectives. The incumbent will Coach and Develop the Reporting Team staff to provide exceptional Accuracy, Efficiency and Timeliness for all distributed reports and analysis. This position will be responsible for developing Processes, implementing Cost Savings and supporting Initiatives in support of KPI Targets. Reporting systems include; ACSS, REMEDY, IEX, Rockwell, EMVOLVE, Knowledge Base, CSTS and Internal QA. Candidate should have the ability to obtain data from a multitude of systems, compile, analyze and prepare presentations for WDTS management in support of the monthly Business Intelligence Review. Candidate will be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years Customer Service experience. Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment. Minimum of 12 months Supervisory experience or project management skills and schievements.
Preferred: 1-2 years of Supervisory experience.
Solid knowledge of Databases including database design, SQL, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Access.
