T-OT-Sr. Customer Service Rep.

Looking for a firecracker to multi task and support all sales functions. Duties include following up on sales orders, following up with customers, placing oreders with vendors, quoting customers, inquiries or problems related to equipment, vendors, debits, credits and transmission of sales, perform data entry, process incoming/outgoing department mail and maintain files as needed. Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, the ability to tactfully interact with a variety of individuals, very good organizational skills, and advanced PC knowledge . Individual must be a team player, pay attention to detail, possess good problem solving skills, and be able to work independently under demanding deadlines. Previous customer service experience is preferred; a college degree a plus but not mandatory. Dealing with discrepencies in a cutomer friendly and professional manner. Will be trained on all aspects of the job.Company is a medical device distributor and represents high end client. They deal with some Hospitality supplies on occasion. Perfect Candidate has high computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP a plus but will train. Company deals with the Carribean and Central America. Qualifications :
Bi-lingual and strong computer skills. Must have a least some experience in sales.
