TAP Authorization Claims Representative

We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated TAP Authorization Claims Representative to join our Technology Services team!

 

This key individual will process TAP authorization claims and requests for product repairs and replacements via telephone and/or correspondence with customers, vendors and stores. The professional we seek will also advise field personnel, maintain necessary records, analyze claims and requests, contact third party vendors for assistance in problem resolution and other duties as assigned. Qualified individuals should be detail-oriented, quick learners in a fast pace environment, and experienced in Microsoft Excel.  This position will be held accountable for accuracy and quantity of work. 



 

To be successful in this role you will need:

? High school education or equivalent and two previous years of experience in claims processing, auditing and/or data entry.

? Proficient knowledge of MS Office

? Customer service experience

? Highly dependable team player with good time management skills and the ability to multitask.

? EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills

? MS Access, MXP, JDA, IMS, Siebel, SAP experience is a plus.

? Research or Accounting background is considered a plus.

? A Bachelor?s Degree is highly preferred for this position.
