TECHNICAL COPY SPECIALIST

Location:  TUNICA, MS

Hours:  7:00AM to 7:PM (Various Hours)

 

IKON currently has an opening for a Reprographic Specialist to work at a customer site in Tunica, MS. This position will be responsible for all the reprographic needs of the site including black/white, color and wide-format copy skills. Technical knowledge to run and maintain the same machines. Will also be responsible for answering phones and providing world class customer service.


Primary Duties include:
Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person
Operate large volume duplication equipment
Operate both black/white and color copies
Perform job finishing and quality control
Operate both B/W and color wide format equipment
Assist with computer questions and issues
Ability to operate and maintain the reprographic equipment
Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner
Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs
Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

 

Other Requirements include:
Willingness to work weekends and overtime is required.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
Intermediate skills and knowledge of MS Office and e-mail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience in working in a demanding and stressful environment

 

The ideal candidate will possess prior customer service experience and an excellent work history.  Ability to multitask and take initiative is a plus.  Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Requires high school diploma or GED.
