Do you have a strong customer service background in a manufacturing environment?  Do you have strong interpersonal and organizational skills?  Do you have the three F?s ? Focused, Friendly and Flexible? 

 

If so, APPLY NOW!  Our North Shore client has been in business for over 80 years and has a brand new IMMEDIATE opening for TWO Customer Service Representatives.  We are looking for someone who is hardworking and can work on multiple projects at the same time.  Responsibilities include: 

 

* Interfacing between customers and the organization

* Answering calls from customers to place orders, check inventory and more

* Handling interactions in a timely manner

* Expediting orders and resolving problems

* Responding to inquiries within 24 hours or advising customers of the status

* Special projects and other duties as assigned

 

 

Required Skills:

 

The ideal candidates will have three or more years of similar experience.  Must have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.  AS400 IS A HUGE PLUS!!
