Pro Staff, one of the largest privately owned staffing companies, currently has an opening for a Talent Specialist in our Office Administrative/Light Industrial niche! The primary focus of this role is being responsible for assisting with the sourcing, recruiting, and retention of talent and providing customer service to clients.

 

Core fundamentals of this role are:Perform screening of website and sourced applicant resumesConduct basic qualifying interviews, typically over the phone on a daily basisInterview applicants after qualifying interviews to further examine background and experiencesForward applicants to a Talent or Branch Manager as appropriateMonitor and maintain postings on internal and external job boards and posting sitesAssists with communicating talent benefits, programs, referral opportunities]Work with inactive talent to discover skills in an attempt to reactive them in a timely mannerAs directed by staff, assists with understanding client needs and skill sets by conducting discovery, forwarding communications and following up with the talentAssists with providing employee relations to talents by responding to initial questions, concerns and additional direction to talent with required.Assist with processing payroll by reviewing and verifying timecards, submitting reports and responding to questions and concerns.

 

 

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of one year Customer Service principles and practices. Previous experience with recruiting, interviewing and hiring clerical and/or industrial personnel a plus.  Proven experience with problem-solving, decision-making, and employee relations is strongly preferred.
