Team Leader/Assistant Manager for a phone customer service team

Looking for an energetic and dedicated Team Leader/Assistant Manager for a phone customer service team in the crafting and scrapbooking industry.We are looking for someone with a history of increased job responsibilities with managing/supervising skills. You should have the ability to train others as well as adapt in different situations. The ability to work comfortably with customers over the phone and be dedicated to exceptional customer service is a must. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated skills in the following areas: Problem solving, Troubleshooting, Decision making, Communication skills, Resolving customer questions, Can handle pressure situations and escalated calls, Leadership abilities, Basic Windows computer and Internet knowledge, Creative, Enthusiastic about crafts and scrapbooking (not necessary but a plus).
