TEAM LEADER
CONTACT CENTER
Long & Foster, the largest independently owned real estate company in America, is currently seeking a Team Leader, fluent in Spanish, to support our Contact Center.
In addition to responding to customer inquiries and being the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for supervising the call center representatives, monitoring their real-time performance including quality assurance, provide monthly feedback on calls, and set daily sales goals.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English with five years of contact center experience with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role. Knowledge of Avaya CMS or similar application, Microsoft Office, sales, and training experience required.
