We seek a motivated, upbeat professional to take on a growth-oriented role in our Intake division. The Team Leader would work closely with our Team Manager while he/she enjoys lots of job variety and rewards in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:



Serving as the “right hand” of the Team Manager


Monitoring phone calls and agent breaks


Helping with quality assurance efforts


Assisting with escalated calls

Answering inbound calls



Solid call center experience is required, and healthcare experience would be ideal. A background managing others is preferred. Computer proficiency is essential, and candidates must have excellent communication skills and respect the confidentiality of information.
