Technical Customer Service

This position will be responsible for providing a single point of contact to troubleshoot customers' electronic fund transfer software. You will work with third party vendors to resolve these issues in a timely manor. This includes but is not limited to researching CC transactions and working with customers in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who wants to expand their technical abilities while helping customers. This is an entry level position with potential for growth.

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

*work with customers to integrate POS software and Online Payment Processor

*investigate transaction history to ensure proper setup of software

*gather required setup information (via phone and email) from customers to facilitate speedy setup of their account

*create setup documents for customers account setup

*configure credit card terminals for businesses via instructions over phone

*take general customer phone calls and create call back messages

 

 

 

Job Requirements

*prior customer service skills (1 year minimum)

*excellent computer skills (windows xp)

*excellent troubleshooting skills

*Working knowledge of Internet

*Good organization skills

 

 

Education

Prefer some college or equivalent work experience
