Technical Phone Support

Position Description: Seeking a high energy and effective Technical phone support candidate for well known Manufacturer. Wil answer questions about company products when problems occur in the field. You will also i nteract with engineering and manufacturing departments when repeat problems are reported. Responsibilities will include generating and tracking entries for all tech service calls and will keep track of incoming messages and return service calls in timely manner.

Position Requirements:

High School graduate, or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Considerable experience on customer service contact. Basic electronics skills.
