Technical Service Coordinator

MAN Roland is currently conducting a search for a Technical Service Coordinator to join our team in Westmont, IL.  In this role, you would be responsible for directly interacting with our customers to coordinate the dispatch of field service technicians to conduct timely repairs on MAN Roland printing press equipment. 

 

Daily activity includes handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service and re-routing those calls as necessary, opening service tickets in our SAP automated system, contacting field service technicians with service orders, coordinating their dispatch to customer sites and the successful resolution of customer issues, maintaining an accurate and timely schedule for service technicians, and supporting our regional service directors. 





Requirements for this position include:

 Three or more years of successful customer service experience Experience supporting field service technicians is preferred Dispatching experience is preferredSAP experience is preferred
