Technical Service Representative

GREAT SUMMER WORK OPPORTUNITY!

This Technical Service Representative position will include the use of a multi-line telephone system to provide technical assistance to customers, dealers, and distributors. The duties may include, but not limited to: answering incoming phone calls from customers with technical problems, assist in training, respond to customer letters and email, and report field service issues.

High school diploma/GED required. Must be willing to submit to a drug screen. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos a must. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Must have computer skills, such as: Excel, Internet software, E-Mail, Order processing, and Inventory.
