Technical Support/Customer Service

BioMeridian is the world's largest manufacturer of Meridian Stress Assessment instrumentation.  These devices are used by integrative health care practitioners around the world to assess functional health.  BioMeridian is looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with a great attitude.  This is a wonderful opportunity to advance your career with a growing company.

 

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for working with customers? inbound calls, answering technical support questions, detailed reporting, general office duties, and computer support. Light out-of-state travel will be necessary. You will serve as a critical link between customers and the company and must be friendly, with excellent phone etiquette and an ability to independently solve problems quickly and diplomatically. Basic computer skills are required including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

This is a full time position with pay commensurate with experience. Work week is Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M and occasional weekends.
