Clearview Staffing Software, Inc. is the industry leader in healthcare staffing software.

Due to recent growth, we are searching for a technical support professional with significant experience supporting web-based applications. This person must be able to quickly learn new technologies and understand our customer's business.

Required Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem solving ability

Positive personality

2 years minimum supporting technical applications

5 years combined experience in technical support and/or customer service

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Above average technical aptitude

High school diploma

Preferred Skills:

Some college

Experience in the medical staffing industry

Experience supporting web based applications
