Tele-Business Representative, Bi-Lingual (Spanish) or English

 

The Tele-Business Representative serves as the primary contact for all issues pertaining to our Home and Auto membership cancellations with primary emphasis on improving member retention and client relations, processing renewal and enrollment requests and resolving issues/problems for current and future members.  They will serve as the "subject matter" expert for members in resolving issues or concerns related to Home and Auto.  Interacts with key departments in resolving member and branch issues.

Requires 3+ yrs. Customer Service experience.  Excellent verbal and written comunication skills.  Strong analytical and reserach skills and attention to detail. 

These positions report to the Director of Sales Support.
