The telebusiness representative will work very closely with sales managers and solutions marketing managers to efficiently guide clients towards a purchasing decision.  This position is well-suited for someone who thrives on engaging with hundreds of clients and providing just the right resources to meet their needs ? e.g. marketing collateral, seminar invitations, and technical documents.

 

?  Responsible for targeting, qualifying and developing global inquiries

? QUALIFY: Inquiries must be handled professionally to determine the business issues, purchasing timeframes, budgets, and key decision makers of Suspects

? DEVELOP: Suspects must be educated and nurtured until their purchase timeframe is within defined parameters for consideration as a Lead

?  Support marketing campaigns which help develop Suspects into Leads

 

In order to be successful, the telebusiness representative will need to determine the business needs of the clients and communicate the value of the Postini solution.  This position will be enabled with information about vertical markets and industry trends, but the real value will be interpreting that information and communicating it to the customer.

 

 Efficiently manage several hundred Suspects at the same time through the use of the customer database, automated marketing campaigns, email, and phoneMust meet performance and quality metrics, including daily calls attempted and made, conversion rates, close ratesMust be able to explain complex technical processes to clients and present information relevant for the situation ? a strong focus on the customer is a critical success factorPhone and email communications with 200-300 suspects daily

 

Qualifications: 

 Demonstrated track record of excellence in a customer-facing positionStrong ability to convey the business value of a technology solutionStrong Communication skills, both phone and e-mailPrior experience supporting multi-channe sales organization - direct, re-sellers, distributorsExperience supporting international clients3-5 years relevant experience requiredBA/BS required
