Telecom Customer Service - Weekends

Saturday-Sunday, multiple day and night positions

RNK Telecom relies on our customer Service Department to provide the competitive edge in a highly competitive market. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who thrive on providing customer satisfaction with every call they receive. We provide customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Customer Service Representatives are the voice of RNK Telecom and provide the contact medium between us and our customers. Customer Service Reps must provide an excellent impression of RNK with our customer base, must have strong problem solving ability, and must enjoy working with people on the phone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: First line of communication between RNK Telecom and its customers. Provide problem resolution via the telephone Resolve customer problems on first call Conduct credit card sales and recharges Reactivate prepaid calling cards Open trouble tickets with associated carriers Communicate problems for internal resolution Monitor all circuits for any problems Relays problems to the technical group Must provide excellent customer care Achieve a very high level of customer satisfaction Monitor services for potential fraud activity. Other related responsibilities as assigned by RNK via its management team.


Qualifications: Excellent telephone skillsAbility to talk with customers and think analytically Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in navigating the Internet Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment Ability to work on Holidays.
