Join Prospect Zone! We are a leading provider of mortgage and loan services nationwide. We are currently seeking Member Services Representatives for our office in Chicago, IL. We are a Monday - Friday call center operating from 9:00am-6:00pm

By remaining focused on delivering quality leads for mortgage brokers, Prospect Zone has been able to lead the industry in client retention and sales since 2004.


Job Duties:
 We are actively seeking individuals with positive attitudes to staff our Chicago, IL call center. Each Call Center rep performs the following tests on a daily basis:

 Verifies web generated mortgage leads by phone.Answers questions about our company services.Assists with quality control procedures.



Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00pm



 

Education / Experience

High School Degree or equivalent required.
Call Center experience is a must.
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills required.
PC skills a must.


Successful candidate is a highly-motivated person with excellent verbal skills able to work in a fast paced environment, analyze problems quickly, lead conversations toward logical conclusions and meet daily, weekly, monthly goals to participate in a commission-based profit sharing program.
