Our location in Johnson City, TN is our contact center for outbound telemarketing of Fairfield Resorts. The call center has been in Johnson City for over 12 years and employs approximately 400 individuals.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
 
? Oversee the entire shift, and ensure all questions or issues are responded to in a timely manner according to policy.
? Provide direction, leadership, and motivation to team members to maximize sales for company growth.
? Liaison between upper management and sales staff.
? Daily meetings with General Manager and Supervisor Team.
? Provide ongoing individual development to supervisors through feedback and personalized attention.
? Develop sales team through sales meetings, team contests and training.
? Support and motivate support team in the continuation of initial training to aid in development and retention of new employees during probation period.
? Ensure adherence to company policy by establishing standards and expectations and maintaining a controlled environment.
? Enhance own managerial skills through management meetings and self study.
